Quest Routes
Folsom Pedal Quest has options for all ages and skill levels! Choose from routes ranging in distances of 1.5 miles to 30 miles. Routes are self-paced and self-guided using colored pavement arrows. All routes are loops that start and finish in Historic Folsom. Riders must check-in on Sutter Street to pick up a name plate and map between 9:00-11am.
- Rainbow Bridge Loop (1.5 miles, 15-20 minutes)
- Parkshore Loop (3.5 miles, 30-45 minutes)
- River District Loop (5 miles, 45-60 minutes)
- Johnny Cash Loop (6.5 miles, 45-75 minutes)
- Lake Natoma Loop (11.5 miles, 60-90 minutes)
- Central Folsom Loop (13 miles, 60-90 minutes)
- Empire Ranch Loop (18 miles, 90-120 minutes)
- Folsom Big Loop (30 miles, 120+ minutes)
All loops utilize paved bike trails with minimal road riding and some road crossings. Please obey all traffic laws and cross roads safely and carefully.
Rest Stops & Stickers
Rest stops are open from 9:00am-1:00pm along each loop with self-serve water. A limited number of cups will be provided, but participants should carry a water bottle. Participants can collect colored Folsom Pedal Quest stickers at each stop to put on their name plate.
Earn a raffle ticket for every different color sticker collected! When you finish your ride in Historic Folsom, bring your stickers to the check-in tent and receive a raffle ticket for each color of sticker you collected at our rest stops. Raffle tickets must be picked up by 1:00 pm.
Route Maps
All participants receive a route guide upon check-in with a QR code to scan to view maps on a smartphone. You can also use the Google Maps app on your phone to navigate using the map below.
