Weather cancelation or postponement: The Winter Warm-Up Short Track Race is subject to cancelation or postponement due to weather and/or track conditions. If we are forced to cancel or postpone a race for these reasons, a refund option will be offered.
No refunds or deferrals will be offered for reasons including injury, family/business emergency, medical emergency, or unexpected travel (see full Clipped In for Life Refund Policy).
Transfers: Registration may be transferred to an immediate family member (mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, or partner) ONLY. Any difference in price will apply. Family transfer requests must be made via email to community@clippedinforlife.org by 11:59pm on Thursday before race day.
