Moving from elementary to middle school is a defined step when growing up, and in a similar way we recognize a difference in the way 6th-8th graders ride, race and socialize on their bikes vs. elementary school “Groms.” Life moves to the next level, and so should the options they have for riding. The 678 Jr High MTB Ride Club provides an opportunity for middle school kids to take their riding skill, fitness and social experience to the next level. 678 is offered twice a year in the spring and fall.
New in 2025! The 678 Jr High MTB Ride Club is expanding to serve two geographical regions, named for the North and South forks of the American River that feed into Folsom Lake:
Registration includes eight weeks of rides with coaching, personalized bike plate, t-shirt, and an end-of-season party.
