SPRING/FALL MTB RIDE CLUB FOR JUNIOR HIGH

The Spring 2026 ride club is now full and the waitlist is closed. Join our email list to receive updates for the fall club.

Riders must be in middle school (6th, 7th or 8th grade) for the 2025-2026 school year. Please scroll down to read our refund policy before registering.

Registration for the season includes:

  • 8 weeks of riding with rides twice a week
  • Coaching on topics such as trail etiquette, bike maintenance, body position, pedaling technique, shifting, braking, cornering, and obstacle clearing
  • Personalized ride plate for your bike
  • 678 Jr High MTB shirt
  • Flat tire repair kit
  • Professional group photo
  • End-of-season party

Important Registration Deadlines

  • January 31: Last day for early bird price of $280 (save $30)
  • February 16: Last day to guarantee shirt size and color preference (neon yellow or neon pink)
  • February 16: Last day to order extra swag for purchase (hoodies & hats)
  • February 16: Last day to have your name printed on your name plate

E-Bike Policy

Please note that e-bikes are not permitted in the 678 Jr High MTB Ride Club without prior discussion with club organizers. Please reach out to us at community@clippedinforlife.org to discuss any adaptation needs.

Parking Fees

Many of our rides will be held within the Folsom Lake State Recreation Area, which incurs a parking fee. Parking is $12 per car if you do not have a State Parks Poppy Pass. Fee applies to all vehicles that enter the park, including drop-offs. You can check out a Poppy Pass for free from your local library.

Refund Policy

If unable to participate for any reason, you may request a partial refund before the season starts:

  • Through February 12, 2026: Full refund minus $25
  • February 13 – March 1, 2026: 50% refund
  • After March 1, 2026: No refunds for any reason

Refund requests within this time frame must be submitted via email to community@clippedinforlife.org.

No refunds will be given for any reason after March 1, 2026 (see our full refund policy).

We are not able to offer transfers to another rider or deferrals to a future season.

Rides will not be rescheduled if they are canceled due to weather, and we are not able to offer refunds if ride days are canceled.
