Event Management

Event Managment

We take your vision for an event, and turn it into reality for your racers.

Obtain event permits

We obtain all necessary permits to make your event happen (including venue(s), law enforcement, parking/traffic control, sound, and alcoholic beverages) and manage relationships with venue managers throughout the process.

Volunteer coordination

We’ll work with you to develop a plan for volunteer needs, help recruit volunteers with a signup form, send out pre-race volunteer communications, and manage volunteers on race day.

Course design & marking

We’ll design and map out your race course, including a layout for the start and finish lines, and set out course markings and signage so that your racers know exactly where to go.

Venue flow consulting

We’ll help you create a vision for your venue including spectator access, vendor space, and racer flow from the finish line into a celebratory and communal atmosphere.

Racer communication

We’ll create and send out email communications consistent with your branding to registered racers so they know exactly what to expect on race day including schedule, parking & venue info, course info, what to wear/bring, and more.
