Clipped In for Life Scholarship Program

Share the fun of cycling with others by supporting the Clipped In for Life Scholarships Program! We aim to increase access to cycling events and programs by reducing financial barriers through donations that subsidize or cover entry fees. Your support will help more riders experience achievement, adventure, and connection.

Eligible programs and events:

  • Get Rollin’: Teaching kids age 3-6 the basics of riding a bike!
  • Grip Academy: After-school youth cycling program for kids in 8th grade and under to learn to ride and progress their bike skills.
  • Folsom Grom Race Series: Elementary school Groms and 678 Jr High students learn the ropes of MTB racing in a safe, fun environment.
  • 678 Jr High MTB: Spring/fall ride club for middle schoolers to take their skills, fitness, and social experience to the next level.
  • Good News MTB Race: Let ‘er rip in this pre-season “Dirt Crit” race for all ages and abilities.
  • Mother Lode Epic: Rise to the challenge with an epic XC endurance race featuring four timed stages over 39 miles and a mid-race boat transfer.
  • Sacramento Cyclocross: An eight-race cyclocross series with tons of family-friendly fun and racing for all ages.

Thanks to the generous support of others in the cycling community, we are able to offer scholarships to subsidize or cover the entry fee for some of our races and programs.
