This Good News course begins at the original Grom track at Lakeside Church, featuring fun berms and rollers before heading out to the adjacent Folsom Lake College property for some added distance, elevation, and fast descents. The course returns to the singletrack section at Lakeside to finish out each lap.
Course length: ~2.5 miles per lap
Course elevation: ~100 ft per lap
Course direction: Clockwise
If you would like to pre-ride the course, you may do so from 8:00 am to 8:25 am on race morning or in between races. Please queue at the black tent with the “Pre-Ride Entrance” sign just past the finish line as a race is finishing up. The race announcer will let you know when you may get on the course to pre-ride. Pre-riding is NOT allowed during a race!
